Law Firm seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the President and legal staff members. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and update calendars for the CEO and legal staff members, ensuring deadlines and urgent matters are communicated effectively.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls/messages to appropriate personnel.
• Greet and notify staff of incoming visitors in a professional manner.
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Scan, file, and organize correspondence and documents.
• Organize office area and supplies regularly.
• Prepare reports for weekly meetings.
• Interpret documents, calls, appointments, and meetings for legal staff when needed.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal/written) is desired.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of correspondence at all times.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

Physical Demands:
• Regular use of hands and arms.
• Frequent talking and hearing for communication needs.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and notify appropriate personnel of correspondence.
