**Members Only** is currently seeking a qualified Regulatory Attorney to join our Legal department in Midtown NYC or Florida. As one of the largest privately owned banks in the United States, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional financial services to our clients. Our Legal team plays a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with banking laws and regulations, and we are looking for a well-rounded individual with a strong background in regulatory matters to join us.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing practical legal advice and counsel on a wide range of bank regulatory matters, including those related to Regulation W, Regulation O, and agreements with FinTechs. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with management to devise efficient regulatory structures and strategies, as well as conduct research and evaluations on regulatory risk factors.

To be successful in this position, you must have a . with superior academic credentials and be a member in good standing of the Florida and/or New York State Bar. We are looking for someone with at least six years of relevant experience, including experience at a banking regulator. Excellent drafting skills and familiarity with corporate and financing transactional documents are also required.
