Job Title: Associate Attorney - 1-3 Yrs Experience - Asbestos
Job Responsibilities:
- Join the Asbestos Group within the department, focusing on mass torts, asbestos, and talc defense matters.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based, client-focused environment with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.
- Develop litigation skills through close work with experienced shareholders and dynamic associates.
- Engage in in-person court appearances and oral arguments at the earliest opportunity.
- Receive continuous feedback and support to achieve individual goals and enhance professional development.
- Assist in managing cases in coordination with the litigation group, with the expectation of developing the ability to independently manage cases from inception to trial over time.
- Contribute to the firm’s culture by advancing within the firm and supporting the growth of colleagues.
Education and Experience Information:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in legal practice, particularly in the areas of mass torts, asbestos, and talc defense matters.
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills are essential.
- A steady and consistent work history is preferred, reflecting a desire to find a long-term position within the firm.
