The **Members Only** (DBPR) is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney Supervisor to join their team in Tallahassee, Florida. This position offers a highly competitive salary of $3, BiWeekly and a comprehensive benefits package.

DBPR is responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of various industries and professions in Florida, such as food service, real estate, and licensure for skilled professionals. As an Attorney Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enforcing Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes and ensuring the fair regulation of these industries.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating investigative reports, analyzing violations, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice to division staff. You will also have the opportunity to represent the agency in court and in large groups, negotiate settlements, and initiate and respond to discovery.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid driver's license and be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing. Additionally, you should have 1-3 years of professional experience in the practice of law. Experience in administrative law is preferred.
