Job Title: Calendar and Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily court calendar, which includes scheduling appearances, conferences, trials, and immigration interviews.
- Entering attorney reports following each hearing, conference, or appearance to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Utilizing company software for comprehensive case management purposes.
- Reviewing daily tasks with staff members to ensure alignment and completion.
- Rescheduling tasks for staff when necessary, to accommodate changes or new priorities.
- Entering new clients into the case management software, including their contact information and background details for each case.
- Setting tasks for staff for each new client entered into the case management system.
- Uploading relevant documents onto the case management software to maintain up-to-date case files.
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, along with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborating well with others, demonstrating teamwork and cooperative skills.
- Exhibiting meticulous time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in immigration law is considered a plus.
- Spanish-speaking ability is considered an advantage.
