Attorney - Corporate Immigration The candidate will work on employment-based immigration petitions, including, H-1B petitions, L-1 petitions, O-1 petitions, PERM labor certification applications, Immigrant Visa Petitions, Nonimmigrant Visa Petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills are required. Academic credentials are essential. Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, have a strong desire and ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to effectively handle the high volume of cases.
