Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform duties : Draft routine legal documents; Manage multiple cases from start to trial; Collect documents from various sources; Collect, organize, analyze and summarize medical records; Review and analyze documents; Conduct various document searches and factual research. Should have experience in all phases of the litigation process. Should have ability to search database programs and assist with organizing, summarizing and/or categorizing. Paralegal Certificate preferred with Bachelors Degree strongly preferred and 2 years experience as a litigation paralegal (asbestos defense a plus). Must have 2 years of experience to assist its Toxic and Mass Tort Litigation practice area with prior asbestos defense experience is a plus. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of firm personnel, clients, other counsel and vendors.
