Steptoe LLP is seeking an experienced IP Paralegal with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of law firm experience to join our team in Washington DC. In this role, you will provide advanced legal support to our Intellectual Property practice group, assisting in the management of complex litigation cases.

Essential Functions:

- Case management, from inception to conclusion
- Legal research and analysis using various resources
- Document management, including drafting, proofreading, and filing legal documents
- Discovery and investigation support, including document review and witness interviews
- Trial support, including exhibit preparation and on-site assistance
- Time recording and management of deadlines and calendars

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
- At least 2 years of law firm experience
- Attention to detail and proficiency in research and analysis
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently

Work Environment:

- Hybrid work arrangements available
- Non-smoking environment
- Available to work beyond regular hours when necessary
- Ability to travel as required

Salary Information: The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $91,000, with actual salary dependent on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
