Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the company's litigation team, including service of process, litigation holds, subpoenas, and other discovery matters.
- Organize and maintain electronic files to ensure efficient case management and adherence to legal procedures.
- Assist with other legal department functions as assigned.
- Provide litigation support, especially in areas such as service of process, subpoenas, discovery activities, and litigation holds.
- Interact with internal sources and outside counsel to assist with litigation support.
- Utilize matter management software, including implementation and maintenance.
- Investigate facts, collect information, and effectively summarize material to assist with legal department functions.
- Experience related to commercial liability, product liability, personal injury, and employment claims is strongly desired.
- Prepare standard correspondence, filings, and reports.
- Gather, organize, summarize, index, and maintain documents/data from various sources.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining legal department files.
- Perform general administrative support for the legal department.
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree or Associate’s Degree with Paralegal Certification is required.
- At least five years of related paralegal experience is necessary.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
