Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 4 years of experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships.
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability.
- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms.
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs.
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships.
- Success as a tax technical business advisor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
