Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients in developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to trusts, wills, and other estate planning instruments
• Advising clients on tax implications and strategies for minimizing tax liability
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals in the Private Wealth group to provide comprehensive services to clients
Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
