We are looking for an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience in estate planning, including drafting, administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality estate planning services to clients
- Draft sophisticated estate documents
- Manage estate and trust administration matters
- Ensure compliance with estate and tax laws

- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
- Contribute to the growth and success of the department
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in estate planning
- Strong understanding of estate and tax laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- LLM preferred
Compensation:
- Target base pay range of $180,000 - $275,000
- Salary dependent on experience and other relevant factors
