Job Title: Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Intake Coordinator at the law firm is responsible for managing the entire intake process from the initial contact through the signing of the Firm Representation Agreement. This involves providing excellent customer service and can include the following duties:
- Answering inbound calls from potential clients.
- Educating potential clients on the law firm’s unique capabilities to achieve maximum financial recovery from their injuries.
- Collaborating with attorneys and other teams to determine case eligibility.
- Following up with potential clients throughout the intake process to address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinating with investigators and attorneys for in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary.
- Working closely with other intake team members to balance workload and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Actively impacting the intake team’s results in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality.
- Managing multiple calendars and referral databases.
- Utilizing verbal and written communication skills in English, with bilingual abilities being a plus.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a high school diploma or GED. While one year of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
The compensation for the Bilingual Intake Coordinator includes a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn up to $5,000 in monthly bonuses.
