Responsibilities:
Greet clients and take accurate messages
Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents
Perform administrative duties such as research, filing, and calendaring
Conduct legal research using various resources
Enter billable hours into designated software
Complete other tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
Prior law firm experience, preferably in Family Law
Familiarity with PC programs and strong computer skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant positions available for those with prior family law or litigation experience
