We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Litigation Associate for our San Diego, CA office. This is a full-time, hybrid position with the option to work remotely.

As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys and represent employers in a variety of employment-related legal matters. You will also have the chance to advise and train clients on employment law issues and develop proactive strategies to create a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges
- Advise and counsel clients on various employment and labor law issues
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations in employment matters
- Handle class action and PAGA cases, with previous experience preferred

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in employment law
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing
- Familiarity with current state and federal agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
