Job Title: Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The law firm is engaged in both corporate and litigation matters and is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a paralegal. The role does not require prior experience, but the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and an interest in the law. The position is in-office, and the candidate will be expected to perform various paralegal duties under the supervision of attorneys. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting attorneys with case preparation and management. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good phone etiquette and solid writing skills are essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. The candidate should also be self-directed, flexible, and a team player.

Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree. Although experience is not required, a college degree is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to reliably commute to the office and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond in their duties.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday.
