Job Title: AI Adoption Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of change professionals and AI experts by setting clear goals, organizing resource planning, and coordinating hardware/software planning.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars to educate legal professionals and staff about AI technologies.
- Create educational materials to help employees understand AI concepts and explore practical applications.
- Collaborate with change management teams to track AI adoption and foster a workplace culture embracing AI.
- Consult with stakeholders to assess functional requirements for AI applications, ensuring solutions align with organizational needs.
- Create use cases and prompt libraries tailored to departments and practices.
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless integration into current workflows.
- Promote AI within the firm through impactful presentations and engaging meetings showcasing success stories and potential use cases.
- Gather feedback on AI solutions for continuous improvement while ensuring technologies remain effective and relevant.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the firm.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on AI implementation projects and advancements in AI technology.
- Collaborate with teams and leaders across diverse firm functions to foster AI adoption and enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, familiarity with AI-specific tools, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Understanding of national and international laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools, including GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms.
- Ability to evaluate functional requirements and perform data modeling and analytics.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in AI implementation or a closely related field.
- Expertise in managing AI programs and applying project management methodologies.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence in a legal environment.
Salary Information:
- Compensation Salary: $124,000 - $240,000
- The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
