Job Title: Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal in the Antitrust Practice Group is responsible for supporting attorneys with global M&A transactions and antitrust litigations. Key duties include:

- Assisting with the global merger review process for large M&A transactions alongside . and international legal teams.
- Preparing antitrust/regulatory filings and helping respond to regulator requests or legal proceedings.
- Organizing, updating, and maintaining client records related to revenues, assets, subsidiaries/holdings, past transactions, and other corporate/financial data.
- Interacting daily with . and international antitrust lawyers to provide pertinent client information and data.
- Supporting the preparation, proofing, and compilation of exhibits for . HSR and global antitrust/merger control filings to secure regulatory clearance for global M&A transactions.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure client records and related data are current and organized.
- Reviewing emails across multiple matters to determine relevant follow-ups or action items proactively.
- Participating in internal and external calls/meetings and delivering clear, concise notes summarizing key discussion points and action items.
- Managing calendars and preparing agendas for team/client calls and other action items, as well as tracking updates needed for client materials.
- Monitoring and summarizing news and press reports for updates and developments impacting clients.
- Understanding and applying current information, technology, resources, methods, and procedures necessary to perform assigned work.
- Providing support to other departments relying on materials for both . and global filings.
- Communicating clearly and concisely in written and verbal communications.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual ready to provide assistance as needed.
- Ability to multi-task across various matters and requests occurring in parallel.
- Managing and synthesizing a large volume of corporate/financial data and information.
- Analyzing problems, developing effective solutions, and understanding the implications of proposed solutions, making timely and appropriate decisions.
- Proficiency/advanced ability with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, SharePoint, OneNote, Pacer Pro, and Relativity.
- Producing high-quality work efficiently and accurately, striving to improve performance, seeking opportunities to develop professionally and expand job knowledge, displaying a high level of personal integrity.
- Working effectively with co-workers as part of the team to accomplish tasks, being flexible and open-minded, and willing to share and exchange ideas/suggestions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with a strong academic record.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $62,000. Compensation decisions within the range depend on the facts and circumstances of each case, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
