Job Title:
Manager or Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology - SAP GTS
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects of Global Trade Technology solutions through the entire project life cycle with minimal supervision
- Ensure the quality of the project deliverables including blueprint design documentation, system configuration, functional specification, testing, and user training
- Guide the team to design solutions for complex issues/gaps identified; work with other functional work streams to ensure process integration
- Report project status and metrics to Engagement Partner and client stakeholders
- Contribute to business development for the practice, including external marketing outreach and internal strategic growth initiatives; train and mentor team members to build a stronger practice
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:
- Independently lead implementation projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum six years of recent experience working with SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP GTS
- Minimum five full-life cycle Global Trade implementation projects and a solid understanding of project methodology and milestones
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CBL (Customs Broker License) issued by . Customs and Border Protection, CUSICO (Certified . Import Compliance Officer), CUSECO (Certified . Export Compliance Officer), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification issued by the National Customs Broker and Forwarders Association of America, CPA, MBA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on the company's approved credential listing; candidates without at least one of the approved designations/credentials have one year from their date of hire to obtain one
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or global trade processes, or deep experience with SAP, Sales & Distribution, and/or Materials Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and effectively manage teams; exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to think analytically; possess detail-oriented, organizational, and collaboration skills
Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:
- Minimum eight years of experience for senior manager position working with SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP GTS
- Minimum six full-life cycle Global Trade implementation projects and a solid understanding of project methodology and milestones
Salary Information:
The salary range for California is $106,300 - $203,700. Salary ranges for other locations can be found via the URL provided by the company. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
