Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex employment law cases and provide expert legal advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to attract new clients and ensure high client satisfaction
- Contribute to firm management and strategic planning
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and associates
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to contribute to the firm's overall success
Required Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in employment law, with a focus on defense

- Active and in good standing with the Florida bar
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Deep understanding of employment law and successful case handling
