Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a qualified associate with 2-4 years of experience in health care regulatory and/or market access to join our growing life sciences team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide regulatory advice to life sciences companies on complex coverage, coding, and reimbursement matters
• Familiarity with major programs impacting healthcare and life sciences clients such as Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and draft legal memoranda
• Assist with structuring and negotiation of transactions
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in health care regulatory, preferably with a focus on life sciences
• Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively, and develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice

Salary Information:
The base annual pay range for this role is between $225,000-$295,000, with additional medical, financial, and other benefits offered dependent on the position and location.
