H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Legal Calendar Clerk at EGHB
EGHB, a well-respected law firm with a focus on complex litigation, is seeking a Legal Calendar Clerk to join our team in either San Francisco or Los Angeles. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of attorneys and staff, gain valuable experience, and contribute to our success.
As a Legal Calendar Clerk at EGHB, your responsibilities will include tracking important legal and filing deadlines, managing and reviewing records, and maintaining the appearance calendar. You will also be responsible for docketing hearings, discovery, and all court-related information, as well as corresponding with clients and responding to settlement demands.
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of calendaring experience at a law firm, a working knowledge of ProLaw, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate for long periods of time are also essential qualities for this position.
In addition to a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the firm.
