Job Title: Bankruptcy Processor - Remote Work from Home
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and determine if a Fee Notice is warranted, obtain necessary documents, prepare Fee Notice for attorney review, file, and serve the notice, and update any applicable client systems.
- Monitor the Fee Notice Impediment Inventory, with frequent follow-up and escalation for impediments until resolution.
- Review and interpret client systems and update data according to client expectations.
- Regularly monitor reports generated in the system and by the client’s system to ensure files are handled smoothly and timely.
- Verify billing has been entered as needed on each file and close files accordingly.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma required.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies is highly preferred.

Salary Information:
- The position is paid on an hourly basis.
