Job Title: Technology Support Analyst II
Job Responsibilities:
As a Technology Support Analyst II at the law firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations across the firm. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering day-to-day PC hardware and software support, which encompasses diagnostics, repair, upgrades, and maintenance. You will assist with remote computing, trial setups, and remote collaboration tools like Citrix, VPN, and virtual conferencing platforms. Providing high-level customer service by responding quickly and effectively to user issues, both in person and over the phone, is a key aspect of this role.
You will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting A/V and video conferencing tools, including Crestron, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Polycom systems. Collaboration with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues is essential. Documenting solutions, procedures, and findings to improve team knowledge sharing and support consistency is also part of your duties. You will participate in firmwide technology rollouts, weekend upgrades, and after-hours maintenance windows as needed. Additionally, you will use ITSM systems to accurately log, manage, and follow up on service requests and incidents.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PT, and it requires 100% onsite presence.
Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical qualification, with A+ or Microsoft certification preferred. You need a minimum of 5–6 years of IT support experience in a professional services environment, with law firm experience preferred. Strong knowledge of desktop computing environments, Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, Citrix, VPN, VOIP systems, and remote computing tools is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms. You should have a proven ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure while juggling multiple priorities. Experience with conference room setups, audio/visual equipment, Crestron systems, and virtual event platforms is necessary. You should be comfortable working within structured IT processes while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Salary Information:
The base salary range for this position in Costa Mesa is between $80,000 and $102,000. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations.
