Job Title: Intake Specialist/Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads.
- Guide prospective clients through the initial legal intake process.
- Complete high-volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels to explain the law firm's valuable legal services.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
- Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Handle all administrative tasks timely and accurately, including data entry, preparing and sending documents, and reporting on lead conversion.
- Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business-to-customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
