Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:
Preparing files for defense from inception to resolution
Conducting depositions
Appearing in court and trial preparation
Extensive reporting and communication with clients and insurers
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Admission to the Illinois State Bar
Admission to the New York, New Jersey, Florida, and/or Pennsylvania State Bars (a plus)
2+ years of experience in asbestos litigation
Excellent academic credentials
Superior research and analytical skills
Superb writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
