Key Responsibilities:
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions
- Draft transaction documents and effectively manage deals
- Provide general corporate counsel to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and develop your own book of business

Qualifications:
- Law school class years 2018 to 2021
- Significant experience in M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms
- Substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and managing deals independently
- Driven personality with a business development-oriented mindset
- Ability to take on high level of responsibility and work with autonomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
- Annual range of $310,000 to $420,000
- Salary will depend on qualifications and other operational considerations
