Job Title: Energy & Natural Resources Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)
Job Responsibilities:
The Energy & Natural Resources Associate will be responsible for handling various aspects of project development, construction, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and finance within energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on renewable energy. The associate will work on projects involving onshore and offshore wind, solar, and energy storage. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in project development and construction activities.
- Handling M&A transactions and finance-related tasks.
- Managing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts.
- Procuring major equipment for energy projects.
- Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in project development, construction, M&A, and finance related to energy and infrastructure transactions.
- Specific experience with renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and energy storage.
- Experience with EPC contracts and major equipment procurement.
- Active membership in their state bar is required.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $235,000 and $390,000. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location and experience.
