Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Trademark, Copyright, and Entertainment Litigation Counsel to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on interesting matters, take the lead on cases, and collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to navigate the constantly evolving landscape of copyright, trademark, and entertainment laws. You will provide strategic solutions for both enforcing and defending against litigation claims in these areas. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
- Respond to complex discovery requests
- Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and present oral arguments at hearings
- Prepare for trial, including exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, and witness preparation
- Draft appellate briefs

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client services

Salary Information:
- Anticipated annual salary ranges from $350,000 in various locations
- Additional contingent compensation may be available based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications
