Senior Legal Counsel, IP Transactions
Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Legal Counsel in the IP Transactions team, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling complex pre-litigation IP disputes and licensing matters. This role requires the ability to evaluate patent portfolios and related economics, collaborate across different teams, and execute complex negotiation strategies. Key duties include:
- Analyzing and responding to pre-litigation IP assertions
- Negotiating and drafting IP license agreements
- Advising the supply chain team on IP disputes
- Formulating and driving strategy
- Providing counsel to clients at all levels of management
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates are expected to have a JD or equivalent degree and admission to at least one US state bar. The role requires a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in patent litigation and/or IP licensing transactions, gained either at a major law firm or in-house. A proven track record of resolving IP disputes and negotiating IP licensing or settlement agreements is essential.

Salary Information:
The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200. The base pay will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
