Litigation Associate Job in Philadelphia, PA - **Members Only**
The Philadelphia office of **Members Only** is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with at least two years of complex litigation experience. This position will focus on product liability and torts, with a particular emphasis on defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health/consumer-facing products. The ideal candidate will have strong Pennsylvania state court experience and be able to work in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all aspects of complex litigation matters, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for depositions and trials.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on case status and developments.
- Work independently and take responsibility for client matters.
- Demonstrate strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of complex litigation experience.
- Experience in product liability and torts, preferably involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health/consumer-facing products.
- Strong Pennsylvania state court experience required.
- Admission to the PA bar or eligibility to waive in required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
