Responsibilities

- Provide support to legal teams through client and internal tasks
- Utilize CRM tools and legal experience databases
- Manage new business conflicts reports and open new matters
- Streamline workflows and ensure seamless document handling
- Prepare client financial reports, litigation pleadings, transaction documents, and engagement letters
- Support day-to-day functioning of practice groups and business departments
- Assist with coordinating meetings, managing scheduling, arranging travel, and expense reports
- Prepare client invoices, vendor bills, and internal financial reports
- Identify ways to improve workflows, optimize technology usage, and contribute to innovation

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with PowerBI or Excel a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Client-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
