Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be the main support to Litigation Attorneys. Communication is key and having an eye for detail is a must, as the Attorney will lean on to help build each case. Consist of updating and maintaining client files, following up with clients, communicating with providers to confirm balances and obtain reductions, and more. Manage high volume personal injury caseloads through the litigation process. Edit and revise documents as instructed by Attorney and/or Client. Communicate and maintain positive client relationships. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents as required. Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared. Assist in trial preparation.
The candidate must have a Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and 2 years of relevant experience; ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment; exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills; committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service; proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and tech-savvy. Must be highly detail-oriented and well-versed in data entry accuracy.
