Job Title: Collections Specialist

Job Description:
- As a Collections Specialist at **Members Only**, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on delinquent accounts for our creditor clients.
- You will be responsible for communicating with debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all collection activities.
- This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with collection software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
