Immigration Removal Paralegal The candidate should have experience as a paralegal in immigration. Should have a strong understanding of the following forms and processes: I-130, I-485, N-400, I-765, I-131, I-526, I-589 consular processing of immigrant/nonimmigrant visas, and immigration court filings. Understand what documentation is required to support various immigration applications, and have extensive experience organizing application packets in accordance with legal requirements. Be familiar with concepts of immigration and nationality law, such as the requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas, admissibility, and deportation. Should have excellent writing skills, including a mastery of English spelling and grammar. Should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Being bilingual is a plus we have many Spanish Clients. Should have 1 year of Immigration.
