Antitrust Litigation Associate (Midlevel)
Job Responsibilities:
The Antitrust Litigation Associate will play a vital role in the antitrust litigation team at a law firm. The associate will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of antitrust litigation matters, which involves substantial engagement in various aspects of complex litigation. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing discovery and e-discovery processes
- Preparing for and participating in depositions
- Engaging in expert witness preparation
- Drafting and filing motions
- Collaborating effectively in multi-party litigation, ideally class actions
- Working with enforcement agencies such as the DOJ, FTC, CFPB, and state attorneys general is considered advantageous

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of five years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for experience in antitrust cases
- Expertise in managing various facets of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and working in multi-party or class action cases
- A juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to and good standing with the . Bar
Candidates should also demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage more junior professionals on the team. Submission of law school transcripts is required with the application.
Salary Information:
The salary range for associate positions at the law firm is between $215,000 to $355,000. The actual salary offered will depend on several job-related factors, including years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials, certifications, responsibilities, and performance.
