Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions in court
- Participate in trial or arbitration proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, and legal staff to develop case management strategies

Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years of progressive civil litigation experience
- Strong background in motions briefing, depositions, and trial or arbitration experience
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Active license to practice law in Colorado

Salary Information:
- Salary range for 5-10 years of experience: $120,000 - $145,000
- Salary will be commensurate with candidate's level of experience
