The distinguished **Members Only** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team, focusing on personal injury cases. We are looking for a driven attorney with strong analytical skills, exceptional legal acumen, and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex cases. This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000-$180,000 base salary + bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings, to ensure their interests are vigorously protected.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal counsel, advising clients on the best course of action based on case specifics.
- Document Drafting: Draft, review, and file critical legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, tailored to achieve favorable case outcomes.
- Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, balancing assertiveness with a strategic approach to reach advantageous resolutions.
- Depositions & Mediations: Attend and lead depositions and mediations, collaborating closely with clients to prepare and present their case.
- Caseload Management: Oversee a dynamic caseload, managing deadlines and deliverables with precision.

Qualifications:

- Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- License: Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in litigation with at least 2 years focused on personal injury cases.
- Trial Experience: Demonstrable trial experience is required, though it need not be exclusively in personal injury cases.
- Core Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal issues to clients and colleagues.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing legal issues and solving complex challenges in litigation.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong time-management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and handling a high volume of cases efficiently.

Compensation: $140,000-$180,000 base salary + bonus
