Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents;
Conduct legal research and analysis of complex legal issues;
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials;
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case;
Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively;
Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff to reach the best resolution for clients;
Participate in firm-wide trainings and CLEs;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and billable hours.
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in civil litigation preferred;
Experience in general liability, auto and personal injury, or tort law a plus;
Experience with taking depositions, attending hearings, and conducting legal research;
Experience managing a caseload and working with clients and other parties involved in a case;
Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;
Familiarity with Westlaw and other online legal research tools.

Salary Information:
- 0-5 years of experience: $90,000 – $130,000
- 5 plus years of experience: $125,000 – $160,000, DOE
