Associate Attorney The candidate will be working on discovery, legal research, drafting, court appearances, and interfacing with clients. Probate, trust, and/or estate planning experience is preferred. Should preferably have 1-3 years of practice in law. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California and have no record of discipline by the State Bar. Should be self-motivated, organized, and calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, written and oral. You will be drafting correspondence and pleadings, making court appearances (in person or remotely as applicable), and regularly meeting with clients and potential clients. Should be a good team player.
