Job Title: Technology Training Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Technology Training Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive training, service desk, and technical support activities. Key duties include:
- Delivering planned training, just-in-time education, and IT support to end users.
- Providing support and solutions as an onsite or virtual presence for the Northeast offices of the law firm, along with addressing all-office support 2nd level calls to the Help Desk.
- Monitoring IT requests and offering direct assistance to end users in troubleshooting, set-up, installation, and configuration of office technology hardware and software.
- Communicating adoption concerns and feedback from end users to IT leadership.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical training role, with experience in a law firm environment, is required.
