Position: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst at the law firm is tasked with a variety of critical functions aimed at leveraging business data to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing, transforming, and visualizing business data to generate reports and dashboards.
- Providing actionable insights for firm leadership, attorneys, and operations personnel.
- Developing automated reporting processes using Microsoft 365 office platforms.
- Creating and implementing predictive models to forecast business trends.
- Developing dashboards that capture trends and performance metrics for each employee.
- Providing insights and proposed solutions for performance improvement.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all analyses and reports.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates interested in the Business Analyst position must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- A four-year college degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business intelligence and/or data analytics role.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is essential, along with experience with data tables and data queries.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services firm is considered a plus.
- The candidate must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Business Analyst position is $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. The actual compensation will be influenced by several factors including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
