Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare a written discovery. Prepare responses to written discovery including review of file materials and working with clients for responsive information. Prepare summaries to written discovery. Set depositions - parties, third party witnesses, doctors, officers, experts - from preparing notices, to assisting in preparation of documents/objections/exhibits. Assist with collaboration with expert witness from retention, documents, disclosures, depositions, IME/IPE. Prepare basic motions: motions to compel, continue trial date, stipulations, basic motions in limine. Software: VoIP, Microsoft 360 - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Practice Master document management system, Adobe Acrobat, Hot Docs, Zoom, Blue Jeans. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience.
