Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys, clients and colleagues. This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages. Proactively provide support to injured clients . Establish professional relationships with clients in order to obtain vital case related information. Gather, review and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phases. Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney. Maintain electronic and paper files. Should have 2 years experience as a personal injury Paralegal/Case Manager. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
