Transactional Associate (4 years plus)
As a Transactional Associate at Aeton, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real-life projects and interact with clients directly. This hands-on experience will not only enhance your legal skills but also give you valuable exposure to the business and legal world. You will have the chance to work on complex and challenging transactions and learn from experienced lawyers who are leaders in their fields.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in transactional law. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a proven track record of success. In addition, the candidate should be a team player and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents related to transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Assist with due diligence and document management
- Collaborate with other lawyers and team members on projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in transactional law
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
Aeton offers a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees. As a Transactional Associate with 4+ years of experience, you can expect to earn a salary in the range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
