Education and Experience Information:

- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, KYC, or legal entity management is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with entity verification and validation, KYC checks, contract review, and I-9 compliance is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of business entity types (such as corporations, LLCs, etc.), state entity registries, KYC processes, and associated regulatory matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with ISO or other frameworks is a plus, as is PMI certification.
