Job Title: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting, directing, and announcing clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, emailing, establishing new case files, and filing.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, addressing inquiries, routing calls, and taking messages as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Maintaining office organization and supply.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining and scheduling appointments.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Previous office experience is preferred, and experience could also determine the pay.
- Competency in Microsoft applications will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and good time management skills are essential.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
