Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to several attorneys in the intellectual property group.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence.
- Draft and revise various patent and trademark-related forms.
- Communicate with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Conduct basic research.
- Maintain and organize legal documents, files, and records.
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support intellectual property attorneys in various assigned administrative tasks.
Education and Experience Information:
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal environment, or a bachelor’s degree with other relevant work experience.
Salary Information:
- This position's salary range is between $50,000 to $60,000, negotiable based on years of experience.
