Job Title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks Management: The candidate will manage basic bookkeeping and financial tasks using QuickBooks. This includes financial data entry, preparing checks, paying bills, and reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts. Additionally, the candidate will update old outstanding checks and unpaid bills, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: The role involves assisting with general office duties such as document preparation and data entry using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will support the overall administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of tasks.
- Review Title Policy: The candidate is responsible for reviewing the Title Policy drawer to ensure timely updates regarding the receipt of title and payment of title. This task requires attention to detail and promptness in handling title-related matters.
- Client Interaction: The candidate will handle incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed. Effective communication skills are essential to manage client interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Bank Deposits: The candidate will make daily or weekly bank deposits and assist with managing office finances. This responsibility requires reliability and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.
Education and Experience Information:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is required.
- The candidate must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role.
- The candidate should be able to work independently and take initiative in performing tasks.
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, although not mandatory.
Salary Information:
