Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings on the law firm's careers page, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates through clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Solicit feedback on candidates from interviewees.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Handle onboarding for contract attorney projects, including corresponding with vendors, running conflicts, background checks, and ensuring other project details are in place.
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and performance.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment in recruitment strategy and process improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned to fully meet the requirement of the position.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a talent acquisition or administrative support role, preferably in HR.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and duties and communicate status or need for assistance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
